Return and Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are available under the following terms:

• Return within 10 Calendar Days of receipt of merchandise.
• Diamond/gemstone must be returned unmounted and undamaged in original containers
• Dichroic jewelry must be returned in original condition.
• If the diamond/gemstone does not match our description you may return it with documentation from your jeweler to that effect.
• Contact me by email and I will send you instructions.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
• Once I have received the item, I will evaluate it for any damage or alteration.  If none are observed, you will get a prompt refund.
